• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UGCStack to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate misleading or deceptive advertising content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using UGCStack. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing our services. Generated videos are yours to use for commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Video credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

UGCStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
